1. Online-Only Service

VS Flowers operates exclusively as an online floral delivery service. We do not maintain a public retail storefront. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Orders & Final Sale

All arrangements are handcrafted and made-to-order using fresh, perishable materials. Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once confirmed.

Upon order confirmation, fulfillment begins promptly, including procurement of materials and design preparation. Orders become non-refundable once processing has begun.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Any cancellation request submitted less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will not be approved and will not qualify for a refund.

Rush and same-day orders are processed immediately and are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.

VS Flowers further reserves the right to deny any cancellation request once procurement of floral materials, supplier ordering, or design preparation has begun, even if the request is submitted more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Approved cancellations, when eligible, may be subject to a processing fee to cover transaction, administrative, and operational costs.

4. Quality Claims

Customers must notify us immediately upon receipt of any quality concern.

All quality concerns must be reported no later than 12 hours from confirmed delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

5. Substitutions

Seasonal availability may require substitutions. Substitutions will maintain overall design integrity and equal or greater value.

6. Force Majeure

VS Flowers is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including hurricanes, severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or government actions. Delivery timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

7. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis. Customers waive the right to participate in class actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
