VS Flowers operates as a made-to-order floral delivery service. Due to the perishable and custom-designed nature of our arrangements, all purchases are considered final once confirmed.

Address Accuracy & Rerouting Fees

Customers are responsible for verifying all delivery information at checkout.

If a delivery address is incomplete, incorrect, or requires modification after dispatch, rerouting or redelivery fees may apply based on distance, logistics, and service level.

VS Flowers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Substitution Policy

Due to seasonal availability and supplier conditions, certain flower varieties or containers may require substitution.

Any substitution will maintain the overall design aesthetic, color palette, and equal or greater value of the original arrangement.

Substitutions do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refunds.

If a premium substitution is requested that exceeds the original purchase value, the price difference will be charged prior to fulfillment.

Order Modifications

Requests for order changes must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order and are subject to product availability and production status.

Modifications cannot be guaranteed once procurement of materials or design preparation has begun.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Any cancellation request submitted less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will not be approved and will not qualify for a refund.

Rush and same-day orders are processed immediately and are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.

VS Flowers further reserves the right to deny any cancellation request once procurement of floral materials, supplier ordering, or design preparation has begun, even if the request is submitted more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Approved cancellations, when eligible, may be subject to a processing fee to cover transaction, administrative, and operational costs.

Quality Concerns

Customers must notify us immediately upon receipt of any quality concern.

All quality concerns must be reported no later than 12 hours from confirmed delivery.

To review a claim, customers must provide the order number, clear photographs, and a description of the issue.

Failure to report within the 12-hour timeframe may result in denial of the request.

If a verified issue is confirmed, VS Flowers may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit.

Delivery Refusals

Refunds are not issued for refused deliveries. Because all arrangements are made-to-order using fresh, perishable materials, refused deliveries will still incur the full charge.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Florida law, VS Flowers’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
